How to use
How to use
Bring spring water to a boil, then add 2 teaspoons of herbs per one cup of water. Stir, turn heat off, cover pot and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain and enjoy immediately as tea or refrigerate before straining for later use as a tonic.
Suggested Use:
Take one serving daily or as needed. Start drinking one week leading up to menstruation and for the duration for PMS symptoms.
Take up to two times per day for reproductive ailments and low iron.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase.
