How to use
How to use
Take 1-3 tablespoons of sea moss gel daily, as you see fit. You can use this sea moss internally and externally on your skin or hair as seen on our Instagram @ru.prive.
Clean 1 oz of wild sea moss in water, rinsing & washing (4x) in a mesh strainer. Soak clean sea moss in spring water overnight or 8 hours in the refrigerator. Blend sea moss with spring water to create a gel. Run sea moss gel through fine mesh strainer to remove any small bits (optional)
Great in smoothies, juices, tea, soup, oats etc!

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase.
We do not provide shipping labels for domestic or international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
